Return & Exchange Policy

 If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept your return.  Kristina Richards accepts returns within 14 days from the date of the order confirmation.  All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with the original tags attached.  Shoe returns must contain the original shoe box in the original condition and without postal labels.  Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Kristina Richards reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements.  Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. 

Please enclose a copy of your receipt with your return.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND JEWELRY PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

This policy only applies to items purchased at KristinaRichardsStudio.com.  Items purchased at our Newport and Cranston, RI stores must be returned within 7 days, with original tags and receipt, for store credit only.
